In 2005 received MA in Theatre studies at Vytautas Magnus University Faculty of Arts. In 2015 Vytautas Magnus University at Faculty of Arts defended doctoral theses “The Role of the State in Lithuanian Theatre Activity, 1918–1940”. From 2018 teaches at Vilniaus Gediminas Technical university Faculty of Creative Industries.

Since 2022 member of EASTAP bureau, treasurer, head of EASTAP’s conference task force.

Research interests include Lithuanian and European theatre history, socioeconomical aspects of theatre making, sustainability and technologies in theatre, impact of COVID-19 pandemic on theatre industry.
