Born in Klaipėda, in 1971
Graduated at Vilnius university, among the first edition of fellows after the restauration of Faculty of Philosophy. Master of Philosophy. Studied at the post-graduate studies under the supervision of A. Šliogeris. Investigated the phenomenological tradition, the works of Alphonso Lingis.
The sphere of scientific interest encompasses the Analytical philosophy, the History of Early Modern Philosophy (I. Newton, J.J. Rousseau), the problems of Political philosophy, History and Philosophy of Science.
Makes translations from French, English, Russian into Lithuanian, also of Lithuanian philosophical heritage into English. Participated in many missions of election observation of the EU and the OSCE throughout the world.
