Born on 8^th October of 1953 in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Education

Department of Art History, Theory and Critics (1971-1976) at the State Art Institute of Lithuanian SSR (at present Vilnius Academy of Arts). Thesis title: “The thematic paintings of Antanas Gudaitis” (degree in Art history). Doctoral diploma from the Institute of History and Theory of the Figurative Arts, Moscow (Humanities, Art History). The dissertation was maintained on 4^th April of 1985: “Work of Jonas Kuzminskis”. The Habilitation was accomplished in December, 2007. Professor of Department of Art History, Theory and Critics at Vilnius Academy of Arts.

Aleksandravičiūtė is a member of the Lithuanian Art Historians Society, a member of the Artists Association of Lithuania, 2010–2017 a member of experts’ committee of cultural heritage evaluation under the Vilnius city municipality administration, 2014–2020 a member of the Scientific Council of the Lithuanian Culture Research Institute, 2010–2019 a member of the doctoral studies committe of the art critics of the Lithuanian Culture Research Institute/Vilnius Academy of Arts, a member of the doctoral studies committe of the design of the Vilnius Academy of Arts (from 2010).

• Contemporary decorative arts and graphic in Lithuania (art critics).
